Kevin Thomas Kerr was sentenced by to five years of probation for making anti-Semitic threats to an Arizona victim. Kerr has also been incarcerated for more than six months and is required to serve an additional six months of home confinement subject to electronic monitoring. Kerr previously pleaded guilty to Making Threats in Interstate Commerce. On March 6, 2020, as part of an ongoing series of harassing communications, which included anti-Semitic slurs, Kerr called the victim in Arizona and left a voicemail threatening to injure and kill him. Federal investigators arrested Kerr in Illinois, and he was transported to Arizona to face charges.
