[EDNC] Mohamed Mohamed Nagi and Abdullah Ahmed Almuwallad have been charged with food stamp fraud. Additionally, Almuwallad has been charged with transporting stolen cigarettes and possession of the illegal stimulant cathinone, more commonly known a khat.
