[DDC] Ahmed Abu Khatallah was indicted for his role in the September 2012 attack on U.S. Special Missiom in Benghazi, Libya, which resulted in the deaths of Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty. Khatallah was found guilty of federal terrorism charges and other offenses stemming from the terrorist attack on the U.S. Mission in Benghazi. Khatallah was sentenced to 22 years' in prison for his role in the 2012 attack.
