[WDNY] Arafat M. Nagi of Lackawanna, New York was charged by criminal complaint with attempting to provide material support and resources to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS). Nagi pleaded guilty to attempting to provide material support and resources to ISIS.
