[EDWI] Jason Michael Ludke of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was charged in a criminal complaint with attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Yosvany Padilla-Conde, also of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was charged in the same complaint with aiding and abetting Ludke's attempt to provide material support to ISIL. Ludke pleaded guilty of conspiring to provide material support to ISIS. In February 2019, Ludke was sentenced to 7 years in prison and 10 years' supervised release. On Aug. 7, 2019, Yosvany Padilla-Conde was sentenced to five-and-a-half years in prison for attempting to join ISIS.
